ICONOLAB online boutique will accept returns of unused and unopened products within 14 days from the shipping date. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on used or opened items. Please email contact@iconolab.com to obtain a Return Authorization number prior to shipping your return. Returns without a Return Authorization number will not be accepted and a refund cannot be issued.


ICONOLAB is not responsible for any product(s) which are lost in the mail when being returned to us. We advise you to insure your package containing product(s) being sent to us and that you ship it with a tracking number. If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, please save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately.


We do not refund original shipping costs with the return. If you purchased an item at a store, please understand that each store has it's own return policy. Returns for purchases made in a retail location or online store other than the ICONOLAB online boutique may not be returned to us.



All orders placed on our website include free shipping. Our website only accommodates shipments to the U.S. at this time. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We process orders Monday-Friday in the order they are received, following credit approval. We strive to have your package ready for shipment by the next business day. Holiday volumes may add three business days. Orders over $100 require an in-person signature at the time of delivery.
